  • "Water polo instills a mindset of resilience, teamwork, and adaptability. In every game, you’re challenged both mentally and physically, and it teaches you how to push past your limits while relying on your teammates. It’s a sport that builds not just great athletes, but strong, well-rounded individuals."

Head Coach & Founder, San Francisco Water Polo Club

  • "Winning isn’t just about what happens in the pool; it’s about focusing on the little things that set the foundation for success. Mental preparation is key—visualizing the game before it’s played, understanding your role, and anticipating challenges. When each player is dialed in on the details, that’s when the team truly comes together to win."
